any good vacations ideas for fall?

For my 16th birthday, my mom and i are going on a trip. we have looked into vegas, new york (little pricy), chicago, Breckenridge colorado, canada. we are looking for shopping, shows, spas and scenic stuff and we are into antiques and little towns. We would like to stay in canads and US. we will be going in october for a long weekend. Any thoughts?

Savannah, Georgia is beautiful in the fall as well as Virginia and the Carolinas, especially if you’re into the scenery. If you’re looking for entertainment, and main-stream shopping with malls and like stores, the New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island area is good, but like you said it will be a bit more expensive. Vancouver would be a good choice as well.
